CENTRAL PACIFIC COAST

Our Development Team has been researching Costa Rica and more specifically, the Central Pacific Coast region for over 5 years. We have traveled the length and breadth of the country and concluded that this Central Pacific region, unlike any other, is fast approaching a real estate development boom which will bring phenomenal investment opportunities. With that in mind, this regions unique beauty will be preserved and incorporated into our development projects to ensure higher profitability and project viability along with the optimization of all that is Costa Rica. The area along the central pacific coast or "Pacific Corridor" is largely undeveloped when compared to that which has occurred to in the northern and southern regions of the country. At present, there exists a "pincer" movement as development on either side of this spectacular region begins to squeeze toward the middle, directly toward our projects. As this occurs, land values escalate exponentially and we have acted to acquire our properties ahead of the curve in anticipation of what we now know is coming.

The Central Pacific Coast lies within 1 1/2 hours of San Jose, a travel time that will be cut in half with the completion of the new highway through Orotino in 2010. It is no coincidence that we expect the final phases of our projects to be substantially underway at the moment the new freeway is finished and travel to this area is reduced. The growth potential for this region will be significant and constant over the next 5 - 10 years. As Vista de Serina is ahead of this soon to be reality upswing in growth and development, now is the time to act and acquire coastal properties at prices that will in short order seem like nothing more than a distant memory.

It has been estimated that 70% of all visitors to Costa Rica travel the coastal highway between Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park, just south of Quepos. As this visiting traffic travels this route past our development projects, they will encounter a host of incredible views, historic points of interest, world famous surfing locations, and many other activities and opportunities for eco-tourism. This region and Costa Rica is known throughout the world as having one of the highest allocations of national park acreage as a percentage of total land mass.
